Customer Success Executive

Within this role you will work directly with the co-founder and CTO, to manage the entire onboarding process and maintain regular contact with all our brand partners. This role is aimed at anyone who wants to work in a great environment with high exposure and the opportunity to grow – ultimately, you will play one of the most important roles in steering the direction of the Duel product. Within the role, you will be working closely with the CEO and sales team at our offices in London, with occasional trips to work with the CTO and product team at our Bristol office.

We’re looking for a motivated and talented Full Stack Javascript Developer. You will be part of our small but amazing development team based in our central Bristol office. We are looking for a psychology whiz with a passion for marketing to delve into the growing Duel team. You will play a key role in the creation of an entirely new marketing category – Customer Advocacy Marketing. Specifically, you will join Duel.Intelligence, our research and consultancy arm, where you will contribute to the development of our approach and research. You will then help capture the value created by this insight, using cutting edge digital marketing techniques to drive leads and ultimately sales.
